Additional blueprint features for sequential/upgradeable builds

Blueprints would be even more useful for sequential builds with the following features:
- 'Negative space' blueprints, where instead of building e.g. a section of pipe, the section of pipe that already exists and matches the blueprint is demolished.
- Upgrading of pipes, belts and machines. When a blueprint has a higher tier version in the same position as something already built, upgrade it.
- Some sort of origin designation, maybe a compass rose, to more easily align expansive blueprints.

Very much second this. Some of my blueprints are 10 stages.
