Extra output in warehouse

It would be nice if we had one extra conditional exit from the all type of warehouse, which would start emptying the warehouse when the condition of being filled to, for example, 75% is met. Some advantages could be gained with combination with balanser and prioritization inputs. Or add the warehouse straight away with the condition that the outputs start filling only when it is filled to the required value.
