Map Jumping

Sign posts that can be built to mark locations on the map not as just visible markers but create jump points. Like when jumping to vehicles during the notification's. This would allow quick pan across the map without actually having to pan the entire map.

Something I forgot to add. Is those markers could be added to a list like the bell icon. And add it to research tree like radio communications or something similar.
