Nuclear Cask Waggon

A Waggon type for transporting radioactive materials.
It schould also schield from Radioactivity.

Yup, a nuclear flask wagon and loading bay that shields from radioactivity would a nice way to allow to have distributed nuclear power/desalination, while still having some restrictions and considerations needed for it (train only, and can still emit radiation if train station backs up and it gets stuck in belts...).
Beyond that, since space industry now also needs plutonium, might also be interesting to have them for that
