Allow for seeing what is causing pollution

So my idea is that you can expand the current pollution menu to see specifically where the pollution is coming from. For example, for water pollution, it would say this much from waste water, this much from this, etc. For air pollution, it would say this much from CO2, this much from exhaust, etc
