Currently the 'Strictly even inputs' allows you to create serial belts, as in serial communication.
For example if you connect 4 copper belts and 1 rubber belt to a balancer with "Enforce strictly even inputs" enabled it will output the exact ratio for creating electronics 1.
It would be better if when "Enforce strictly even inputs" is enabled i can set a ratio for how many items should come from each belt.
