When setting offset for the stacker, it would be more intuitive to specify the dumping offset from the ground level, I.e. 0 would be ground level (which the Stacker is constructed on), +1, +2, etc would men to stack above ground level, and -1, -2, etc to stop below ground level.
The default could still be to stack to maximum height, which would be e.g. +11 or as high as the stacker goes. This would make even more sense if higher tier stackers are added in the future.
