Building Modules Addons

Howdy
The idea is to allow buildings to have a modular addons to allow buildings to have extra specific options. Each module
Add a research item to allow "Modular Addons(MA)" This will unlock each building to 'install' addons that will ether make the production more efficient, add storage, balance outputs, etc.
Each one of the MA types can be unlocked in the reasearch tree either in groups (like with Edicts 1-4), the specific unlock (ie researching "Transports Balancing" unlocks the 'Load-Balancing' addon) or a combo. MA specifics like "scalable workers" or "alternate layouts" can be done via research
For each building, there would be MA section that would appear (after the research). There could be only one total addon module slot per building, or there could be multiples based on the MA quality. ie, extra storage would be 'white' tier, load-balancers would be 'yellow' tier, servers would be 'red', solar-panels 'purple' etc
Each MA would cost what each specific building would.

...continuing...
Some MA examples:
Extra storage: Allows a Building to have an extra 90 storage capacity at a cost of 30 Construction Parts
Load Balancer: Buildings with more than one output can set a priority (just like a balancer) for output at a cost of 8 Construction Parts 2
Quarter Solar Panel: Buildings power consumption is reduced by the output of the solar panel...at the cost of a solar panel.
Local Computing: Buildings that consume TFlops would be reduced by 2TFlops/25 Servers. Max 'X' number of servers.
Built in Exhaust: A smoke stack created at a cost of 10 Construction Parts.
...etc
MA Specific
Alternate Building Layout (1-4): Lets each building have the inputs/outputs re-arranged/put on different heights (ie, exhaust exists on height 3)
Scalable Workers: 50% of workers are needed for a building to start working...but working speed (or output) is reduced by half -- scalable to 100%
Item effeciency: A specific input is reduced by (# or %) for the recipe
...etc.
