Contract/Quick Trade to export Uranium Rods, or ability to process them into FBR fuel/intermediates
It's beneficial to overproduce Uranium Rods at least slightly to ensure you have a buffer so your reactor doesn't shut down, but once the switch to FBR, there isn't really anywhere for those spare rods to go.
The deal doesn't need to be nice, just a way to satisfy OCD without deleting bc deleting just feels wrong in a different way :)
