With developers hinting that Iron will replaced by Steel in Update 4, it will not make sense to have steel as a requirement for both CP1 and CP3. Instead, it is suggested Plastic be a requirement for CP3 and an early Plastic (Celluloid) recipe introduced by using Woodchips and Acid.
