Arrange Vehicle Build Queue Ordering

Currently there is no way to "insert" a vehicle in the vehicle build queue. You must first delete existing entries before adding a new vehicle build order then re-add the entries deleted. Having the ability to manually adjust the vehicle build queue would make this minor issue go away.

Absolutely. It is so anoying to have a queue with like 30 vehicle and then find out you need a tree harvester asap.
