Change Terrain Tools to Tool Bar

Add Mining, Leveling, Dumping and Tree Cutting to Tools Bar

I agree with this...I understand grouping some items due to the limited nature of some monitors, but an alternative may be to create a custom hot bar of about 15-20 items (depending on monitor size) that we can stick our preferred items into. It might even be handy to have 2 sections for the hotbar...a revolving list of the last 5 items used, and the customizable hot bar. Thanks for a fantastic game!
