Please stop the disappearing messages

Now you only see one of Goals, Alerts, Messages or Reseached items.
Please make all of those four stay on the screen until i cancel them, then they can go away.
It is a real pain in the rear to have to go and open all four to find out what it was.

Why do we need a list of reserched items? just look in the research tree. It's a waste of space.
As well as a delete button lets have a "silence" button too to silence the alarn but leave it in the list.

I feel like that is what the "pin" is to keep those notifications up. There is also a button that you can clear all of the notifications for that group.

I'd be happy with just keeping the intial toast up for a bit longer - I often try to click on them right away but they disappear before I can get to them.
I actually find the recent research to be very helpful - I often have a few techs unlocked before i finish what im doing, so it's helpful to know what new stuff ive gotten in the meantime
