Train interface in depot

Allow the opening of the train interface (where you can send it anywhere or recover it) while it's inside the depot.
I've had an issue with a single piece of track not connected, and this would've made troubleshooting "Train can't find path" much, much more easy. Either through the train depot interface, or have assembled trains show up in the list of vehicles.
