Auto remove any completed terrain adjustment tiles

Have the game auto remove any completed terrain adjustment tiles so when the disired tile height has been reached and the machines moved on to the next task the game automatically removes them instead of us having to delete them all.
Could have it togglable just in case someone like it that way.
