Train line setting: station timeout

It would be nice if you could set a "timeout" for all stations in a given train line, in addition to per-station overrides, so that you could make sure your train doesn't stall out or block a station for longer than X period of time.
It would also be nice if there were a "global" setting for this, so I could say all trains should wait no longer than X days before leaving a station unless the route overrides this.
