Add a function to the material sorter so that when the output is 100% full and it can no longer sort, it starts sending all material through. So that it does not block other materials.

Do you mean that it would have another output that is it's original mixed contents? Like to ship to another sorter? Because if you just mean it "eats" the excess, the blocking mechanic is there by intentional design.
