Add display of absolute value of stored shipyard resource to hover tooltip

After the interface update, large numbers in the shipyard were reduced using decimal prefixes.
However, I can't understand what is happening with my resources at the moment. Which truck took/put how much and at what moment - this is impossible to track.
Add the stored quantity in pieces to the resource tooltip (currently there is the resource name), as before.
This way the design will be preserved, but clarity will return
