Make Planning Tool Buildings better visible

It is really difficult to see planned buildings if they are on e.g. rock background (see picture). A colored outline or less transparency would help.

There used to be something for this. It got removed because it apparently cluttered the screen.

It was infinetly superior.
And we still cannot change the color of the ghosts.

I agree that a different color or outline could help with the ghosts on light colored terrain.
