Mine Control Tower - Automatic Mining Designations

One of the largest annoyances I have noticed is managing mines. Trying to designate out a large area, while fighting with the fiddly mining control that loves to randomly change depths can get pretty annoying. I propose adding an Automatic Designations section to the mine control tower.
1) Build the mine control tower
2) Edit the control area for the mine control tower to encompass the ore you want to mine
3) In the new automatic designations section, set your depth. For example, the initial iron ore location we want to mine down to ground level to start, so you'd set a depth of +04, then click a "Designate Mining" button. The game will then automatically designate mining for each tile within the control area that contains ore down to the desired depth.
4) Later, after it is all mined out, I can come back, set the depth a bit deeper (say +02) and click auto designate again. This immediately sets the entire ore body for mining. Now all I have to do is make some ramps and I'm done.

When you initially set a Mining or Dumping area, Use the 'Raise up' and 'Lower down' keybinds to increase or decrease the height or depth. Then select the area at the new displayed height.
Keybinds are initially 'E' and 'Q' according to the really outdated Wiki. I change them to 'PageUp' and 'PageDown' keys.
