It would be nice to be able to assign truck directly to a mining tower (can already do this) without ALSO having to assign an excavator. The usage for this would be for a "dump only" tower with a subset of storages linked as input. The assigned trucks would go get materials from said storages and dump them in the tower's area.
Presently, the trucks just sit there because there is no excavator and you get the "truck has no excavator" error message. A dumping site should not require an excavator. A "leveling" site should, so this might need to track the type of terraforming tiles are in use in the area.
