Dedicated Train Parking Station

I would like to have a 4x2 station (which includes the 2x2 track section) that acts as a parking stop for trains. The filter for this would be either Train is full and has no valid drop off (destination full), OR, train is empty and has no valid pick-up point (origin point empty). This is to clear up train congestion. Image attached shows current stations are too wide for efficient space usage for creating dedicated parking lines.
