We can perhaps create farms with cows. Producing meat and milk same way to run as chickens. Will need céréales, water but create also liquid wastes and biologic waste. Several levels can create more or less production, with more or less waste. "Biological" farms with produce less but with less waste.

If there is a Cow-Ranch, then I think CoI needs a better Anaerobic Digester like a modular way ( Like in Farming simulator; and as a part of it a real Bio power plant). So you could increase the manure to power and fertilizer ratio and/or create fertilizer1 direct.
But with milk we could find Cacao-seeds on the map and make Chocolate or Ice(cream) or Choco-Milk.
Or pigs, I believe they are popular around islands because they like to swim.
