Give option to remove "problem" notification on trains in stacker (image provided)

i'm experiencing the same issue, please give us the ability to turn off train notifactions

My idea is to have this kind of notification popup only if ALL trains in that line are stuck. As long as at least one train is unloading or moving around you don't get a popup, but if there's an actual problem and all trains on a line are stuck there might be an actual problem.
