The construction/deconstruction priority on a building's panel is a drop down with a display part and a menu handle. Clicking the display part should set the selection to HI so that it's unnecessary to open the menu.
This would be comparable to the truck delivery mode drop downs where you can just click them. It would save a lot of clicks when dealing with instructions that are urgent. There are a lot of priority levels, but if bothering to change the priority, HI is the most likely choice.
Maybe clicking HI again could reset, but the main goal is quicker prioritization. There is no mass tool to set construction priority by dragging, and even if there were this would still be helpful.
