The request train only if function set to one of the two any works either with dedicated unloading or loading stations but not both.
Example: I have a farm station that services as a loading station for all crops. so it is set to Any modules full, so only if the corn part is full a corn train is coming to pick it up. This is to prevent station blocking for other products.
But if i want this station to serve as an unloading spot for Fertilizer, i now have a problem, because stations can only set to either any module full or any module empty. With the setting for any module full, the fertilizer train wont be dispatched, and with any module empty the trains for the farming products wont be dispatched. But if I set the station to unrestricted, then fertilizer trains will be dispatched, even if the unload station is full of fertilizer and it will block the pickup of farm products. Vice versa: Set to unrestricted a corn train will come, but not get fully loaded and blocks other trains.

I would prefer a "if this/if this modules and that modules and etc... are full/empty" You would only have to select the module(s) and select the specific restriction
