Do not make building collapse if digging down to level of foundation

I think that the "Building may collapse due to uneven terrain" messages is a little too sensitive. If I dig out terrain below the foundation of a building, or if dump rock/dirt, etc onto a building then I understand getting this message. However, if I'm levelling terrain down to the level of the foundation of a building (or wall) then I think that this message should not be seen.
