Priority hotkey

When selecting priority drop down menu, allow for pressing of numberkey (rebindable) to set priority to said value (1-10 basic, up to 15 inclusive with additional keybinds)
Conflict with game speed can be avoided by blocking other commands when in drop down menu (troublesome)
or exclusive to num pad keys (poor end user ex)

Or add a tool for setting priority itself. Select a priority (etc. 5) and then click/box mark buildings, and it sets all those buildings to your set priority.
