Make train stations modularized like cargo docks

When we build cargo docks, we first build the dock and then at a module (unit, loose, fluid) on the sections of the dock to handle specific kinds of cargo. It would be super awesome if train stations were build in a similar manner, so your entire train network doesn't grind to a halt when you need to change the cargo handled by a certain train station segment.
