A way to move dialog boxes

When I click on some structure a window comes up with information and potential commands pertaining to this structure. Right now this window is right in the centre of the screen, RIGHT WHERE I AM LOOKING! (sorry for shouting, but it is endlessly frustrating). Please make it possible to have this window offset permanently to one corner or somewhere away from the centre, so I don't have to move this window all the time.
