Add a simple, interactive ruler tool that players can use to count tiles in the game world. The ruler should appear as a visible line on the ground, displaying the total number of tiles it spans.
Features:
Drag-to-Place: Players can click and drag to place the ruler, which dynamically shows the tile count as it’s being drawn.
Division Markers: Include an option to specify the number of divisions, adding visual markers to help evenly split the measured space—useful for planning symmetrical builds.
Editable: Rulers can be resized by dragging either end or repositioned by dragging the middle.
Multiple Rulers: Allow placement of multiple rulers for complex layouts.
Remove Tool: The standard demolish tool can be used to remove rulers.
This tool would enhance building precision and layout planning without affecting gameplay balance.

I just use designations, but that is a big pain, so yes this is something that is highly desirable to make things easier to plan out complex layouts.
