A contract to IMPORT Rock!!!

I think we should seriously consider adding a Rock IMPORT Contract as it is the only consumable raw resource that we can't. It is also used in a lot of processes but also for terraforming and while I get that you may not want that to encourage terrafroming it could be introduced later in the game.
Yes we have the mine but it is limited and costly. But IMO is required.

I wanted to try earliest self sufficiency, and it is possible without building arc furnace.
But rock mine is unreachable at that point, too strong enemy, so no filter media and converting compost to dirt for me..
