Abilty to drag place barriers and maybe even Walls.

I would like to see, if possible, the abilty to drag place barriers and maybe even retaining walls similar to the way we can drag conveyors.

Yes! This. It's super tedious to build a line of retaining walls one at a time. There should definitely be a simple way to drag and place a row of any buildable object, so they all come out in a nice neat line. And for any that are obstructed, just don't build that one. The same was when blueprints are pasted.

Might as well include concrete barriers in this as well. The implementation could be handled exactly like pipes. Click a start point and end point. If the line is not straight, automatically add in the appropriate 90's, half wall segments, and Tee's connecting the straight segments.
