Right now you can only set warnings on the stock inside storages
but that is inconvenient in many ways
For example
coal is needed by most factories
but usually you only set warnings on the important storages
and usually by the time a warning goes off
the stock is already at a dangerous level
I'd like to be able to set warnings on the quantities on the right side
Also, I'd like to be able to see for every material how much each piece of equipment uses, just like with the power system
