Rivers, Lakes, Flood Zones

Would be nice if their were Rivers and lakes to use, or contend with. Rivers could be diverted for Dams and used as continuous water source. Rivers could also flood, creating flood zones that flood our structures if built there.

Also make it easier to construct rivers or moats by designating a water level similar to mining designations. Then having trucks or a liquid dump to fill the reservoir up to the waterline.
