By the time i get to reasearch construction 3, mountains of resources are nearly gone , which means contracts are near useless to start, as i don't have abundant resources to sell, as i need them for my own use. Same as Underground water sources. My settlement uses up water sources LONG before i reasearch desalination, and have a map full of rain collection structures just isnt appealing or realistic.
