2 bridge related suggestions

1. add bridges for road vehicles
2. remove the hight limit for rail and road bridges (it makes 0 sense) and instead make the bridge cost more the higher it is and make the pillers have there own iteam to use like bricks and the higher the piller is the more bricks that are needed

Bridges would be fantastic. They would alleviate the traffic congestion from trucks stuck at train crossings. Height 8 is all you would need to allow mega trucks to freely pass under them. For this reason, Ive started making underpasses that allow mega excavators to travel under railways.
