Presently, we can only configure stations to request a train. It would be nice to have the ability to set a departure condition at a given station. An example would be at an ore loading station and setting something like "only leave when >75% full" or "only leave when full". This would improve efficiency of trains (and their fuel usage) overall by minimizing the number of trains moving around with a cargo of only a few items.
With proper track layouts, this would also keep uneeded trains out of the way.

Nevermind...Didn't realize this was already a thing buried in the line manager. Should be made available in the station specific UI.
It would be great to also have "only leave when empty" so the train wouldn't come back with some materials
