mining tower Rally Point

to choose where on the map your full trucks will wait

I like this idea, it would be nice if we could also set separate rally points for trucks "wait to dump" vs. "waiting to fill". Then one point can go near the ore sorter, and another near the mine.

This would be especially useful for mines that are larger and have the mining tower further away due to terrain or how far the mine has been dug out. It would prevent a lot of unnecessary truck movement if we could tell them where to wait instead of them going back to the tower.
