More powerful pause tool

I'd like to see a more powerful pause tool with filters.
e.g
pause category:
1. facilitys (or bulidings)
2. vehicles
3. belts,pipes & storage units
pause type:
1. pause building/deconstruct of an entity
2. pause on/off of an entity
Since belts&pipes now consume maintaince, its reasonable to make a way to area-pause them to completely shut down a factory section.
