Reproduction steps:
1) create machine (e.g. crusher) with multiple recipes enabled (e.g. slag & manufactered sand)
2) connect belt & disable truck output
3) feed one recipe until machine backs up and says "Output full" due to belt & internal output buffer are both full (e.g. man. sand).
4) disable recipe that has full output (e.g. man. sand)
5) Empty belt
6) Feed machine other input (e.g. slag)
Expected Behaviour: machine processes and outputs slag
Actual Behaviour: machine does not run. You need to re-enable the man. sand recipe, let it output at least one sand, then disable it again before the chrusher will process any slag.
The problem is that the machine will still say "Output full" and won't process any slag. There's no visual indication why it's "Output full" because the man. sand recipe is disabled so you can't see that the man. sand output buffer is full.
Fix bug with machines saying "Output full" even when connected an empty belts
