Ability to break a glass

Nuclear processing requires small amount of molten glass. But that means transport of glass mix or ingredients and getting rid of slag. We can use broken glass for that from recycling or glass maker I, but that is relying on production/consumption.
I would add a recipe to shreder, something like 48 glass to 72 broken glass (and 0.5 power consumption - it is easy to brake a glass).
