Mix salt and seawater to make brine

Currently, the mixer only lets you turn salt into brine by using fresh water. It should also be possible to use seawater and salt to make brine. This makes it easier to reconstitute brine from salt, and also makes it easier to dispose of excess salt if necessary.

There is an excess of salt? Why? Where? You can just stop producing it. Also we can just make brine from seawater already.
