More stacker resources

I thought it would be neat if we could input more resources in a stacker, especially like sulfur. It´s wildly overproduced in distillation and there are world mines for it, so it would make sense to be able to stack it (and mine it) on the playable map

Sulfur is somewhat reactive and not much safe to environment, better to not store it this way. Also definitelly not allowed to use it as landfill under water. Storing it in big piles is also not much usefull, because when you will need it, that pile will just be not enough in time. So when overproducing you just need to deal with it (burn it, turn it into a slag, trate it for slag/coal).
