A mid game tech unlock designation, that would automate to a extent back-filling a hole, the lower levels with Rock or slag or other designated substrate, and then placing just soil/compost on the top layers.
Simplifies what is a 2 step process currently, back-fill to just below the grass layer, then coming back later to change the settings and designation again to fill that top layer with soil.

Just set the fumping to 1 level lower, and finally with a minig tower designated the dump to flat level with only the wanted surface material....
