Storage limit configuration per port.

Current storage input or output materials limit is great feature but what if we can control the output (or input) per port. Output example. Large loose storage for the sulfur. out ports 1 to 3 had no limit but port 4 has output enabled if more then 80% that connects to mixer to mix it with limestone for disposal.
Input Example. Water storage. Input 1 accepts always (excess water from let's say a cooling tower) and input 2 accepts only if less then 20% (top off from ground source).
I believe we can find many more use cases.
