ore sorter auto-assignment toggle in options

I'd love to see a check box or on/off slider to globally set whether ore sorters auto-assign products or not. While I can see it being welcomed by some players, the auto-assign regularly clogs up all of my sorters and wastes fuel from trucks driving across the entire map. Having an option to have it on/off by default would allow players of both varieties to set it based on their playstyle.
