Single-play map sharing request

I think it's good to share the resources of my islands.
Since the universe is currently implemented, I hope there is a function to use the system to bring resources from my other islands.
A contract is required to periodically import at least 100 points of cohesion into a batch transfer
The contract is the same as the goods contract of the freighter
Ability to give solidarity to the receiving side of the resource and to give solidarity to the receiving side of the resource
Or the function of exchanging surplus citizens as a bond between my islands, etc
It would be nice if these functions were added.
