Sorting

Perhaps we could get a sliding bar to set the MAX amount of a resource type to be allowed dumped into the hopper to prevent stoppage when one sorter is being used to sort several resources? Or alternately perhaps a hard set percentage per resource. Max would be percent based on total sorted, i.e. 5 resources present max allowed to be in the hopper of any one type would be 20% of capacity.
