Improvement Electolysis / correction of the chemical reaktion

The electrolysis works with 2 water -> (to) 8 Oxygen and 4 Hydrogen. The real reaktion works with : 2 Water to 8 Hydrogen and 4 Oxygen. ( 2x H20 -> 2x H2 (= 4 H) and 1x O2 ( = 2 O)
Maybe it can be change to the correct values.

there is a mod to add custom recipes, you should try it. current recipe is balanced for the game.

I do think that unit of gas are more weight based, maybe even corrected for possible containment issues (it is easier to contain O2 than H2).
